A Different Kind of Real Estate Specialist

Seven years in Central Florida real estate. Before that, over a decade in hotel and hospitality financial management. Hilton, Sheraton, and historic properties across New England, where underwriting performance, managing margins, and building relationships with high-stakes clients was the job.

That background doesn't leave you. It shows up in how I analyze deals, structure consulting engagements, and communicate with clients, whether they're local investors or working with me remotely from across the country.

I relocated to Florida in 2020 and built this business from scratch in a new market, without an existing network. What came out of that was a practice built entirely on execution, creative problem-solving, and finding opportunities where others don't look.

What I Do

The focus is investment strategy and deal consulting, not traditional home sales. I work with investors on creative finance structures, off-market acquisitions, fix-and-flip analysis, BRRRR, short-term rentals, and seller finance deals. Basically any facet of growing wealth through Real Estate. That includes helping clients identify, evaluate, and negotiate investment opportunities that align with their goals and financial criteria.

I also serve as a Remote Online Public Notary, adding practical support for clients navigating closings and document execution. For clients who need tools without the full consulting engagement, I build investor-grade financial spreadsheet templates and custom deal analysis models, available nationally through direct consulting and on Fiverr.

Who I Work With

Investors at any stage, from first deal to full portfolio. Local to Central Florida AND nationally via remote consulting and RON services. If you're analyzing a deal, structuring a creative finance offer, or need a spreadsheet built to your exact underwriting criteria, this is the right place.

Clients come from a range of backgrounds. Some are seasoned investors looking for a second set of eyes on a deal or to improve strategy. Others are earlier in the process and need help building a strategy before they ever make an offer. What they have in common is that they're serious about the numbers and want guidance from someone who has been in the market, not just studied it.
