I spent most of my 20s and 30s in New England, between Hotel Management (Hilton, Sheraton, Historic), running a teenage-girls group home, and facility management--not at the same time.

 

I moved back to Florida in  March 2020 - from New York - where I previously held a real estate license.  Yes, at the beginning of Covid.

 

Despite the challenges posed by relocating to the Orlando area without an established network to support me, I embraced the opportunity to dive head first (with a mask lol) into the Central Florida Real Estate market.

 

Although admittedly intimidating, not having an in-place sphere of people to network with, compelled me to make the most of what I had.  Really digging deep to find opportunities.  Let's just call them "test-your-skills" transactions!
